Corporate Identity
Every company has a corporate identity. Often this is not written down anywhere and one may not be aware of it. Certain patterns of behaviour are established, they just need to be collected, structured, developed and recorded. The corporate identity (CI) is the company's self-image. It describes how a company positions itself in the market, how it relates to employees, customers, suppliers and competitors, what its technological orientation is, etc. The corporate identity is intended to create a corporate culture. The corporate identity should establish a corporate culture and develop and strengthen the "we" consciousness. An increased motivation potential is achieved through identification with the company.

The corporate identity includes different areas: Corporate Behaviour, Corporate Communication and Corporate Design.
Corporate Behaviour

Corporate Behaviour (CB) describes how a company behaves externally. The view from the outside is put on the company. It shows how staff are managed, how the tone is within the company and externally, and also how the company reacts to criticism. These points should be set as targets and evaluated in a comparison between self-perception and real behaviour.
Corporate Communication

Corporate Behaviour (CB) describes how a company behaves externally. The view from the outside is put on the company. It shows how staff are managed, how the tone is within the company and externally, and also how the company reacts to criticism. These points should be set as targets and evaluated in a comparison between self-perception and real behaviour.
Corporate Design

The Corporate Design (CD) determines the visual appearance of the company. This is where the design of the logo, colour scheme, letterheads, business cards, website, visual language, corporate clothing, design grids for print and digital media, and even architectural or acoustic specifications are determined.
